Southwestern Hominy and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients:
1 can of Teasdale White Hominy (30oz)
1 can of Teasdale Black Beans (30oz)
2 avocados diced
2 cups of yellow bell peppers diced
1 cup of red onions chopped
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
3 Tablespoons jalapenos, seeds and ribs removed and chopped
1 cup salsa verde (or more to taste)
Directions:
Wash beans and hominy. Mix together the first 7 ingredients in a medium-sized serving bowl. Add salsa to bowl and toss to coat. Add more salsa if salad is dry. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or more) prior to serving.
